Quick Quack Car Wash

Honestly my first wash here and I paid for the lucky wash and thought it would get most of my car Clean but the initial wash still left some spots. They have a customer satisfaction guarantee so I thought I’d be able get a second wash like the sign said. The employee who I talked with initially was very rude and gave us a refund but I didn’t want a refund just to have my car clean. Luckily the manager Chris is an awesome dude and fixed the whole experience for us. My 5 stars is really only because Chris was an amicable dude and really made me feel like a valued customer.give that dude a raise

Don’t come here. Aside from the male staff being extremely argumentative today over their signage when the place was dead, the actual service sucked! There was NO SOAP added at all to the wash and when I parked to see, I realized the car is still full of dirt! Waste of money and time. Also you pay for vacuums just insane

Save your money. There are better car washes with longer length runs using more water on your car. This is basically a chemical bath for your car. The vacuum stations are abominable. High-pitched whistling sound out of the vacuum. Manager guy says suction is good - it’s probably a stuck pen. That’s not the point. I don’t want to lose my hearing while vacuuming the car. Stevens Creek express car wash down in Santa Clara does it right. Long run car wash, lots of water, and the vacuuming is free. Also, people here take way too long, vacuuming and cleaning their cars. Wait can be long.

Overall a good, automated car wash - but it has better be, for the price they're charging. Especially since their vacuums are paid only - $5 for 5 minutes - and they don't include towels with their highest tier washes. I'll probably come back just because of the convenience to my commute, but vacuums & towels included with a wash (or membership, maybe) would get me to actually want to come here regularly.

The service and staff at this company do an exceptional job keeping the cars clean and guiding me when I have questions. Their offerings for the different tiers are very useful. Their model and operating hours works really well for convenience.
